About us

We are an approved vendor for the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and a family-owned business. The leadership team at Prayerful Hearts has been dedicated to serving the ID/DD community since 2008.

Our services

Respite
Provides short-term care and supervision to give relief to caregivers of a person with developmental disabilities.
Habilitation
Designed to help individuals learn daily living skills to help them become more independent.
Attendant Care
Non-medical personal care assistance. The care may include helping the individual get dressed, eat, use the bathroom, light cleaning, or laundry.
